how do you store your spices?
#1
I have maybe 30 small bottles of spices hanging around loose in a cupboard making a mess. I probably don't need that many but I still need a way to manage these little bottles. I'm going to do some googling but thought I'd stop in here for advice also. Thanks for any ideas.

There used to be one in Emeryville, but when IKEA came in, I guess they couldn't compete.

San Rafael had one too.

Container Stores are not that expensive. I am right next to a industrial shelving rack from there holding all my bling. Nice. Heavy duty. 5'w, 3'h and three shelves. $100. So there Seacrest.

proper storage for dried herbs and spices is cool, dark and dry. Over the stove in racks in clear glass bottles is common, and breaks 2 of the 3 rules for proper storage. 3 if you do a lot of wet cooking, like stews, soups, sauces and pasta/potatoes.

I don't. I'm an American! I like my food as bland and tasteless as possible!
