I was driving and hand holding the shot. We weren't moving too fast (about 30 mph). I set the camera to +0.7 eV to really accentuate the shot.

The speed limit in the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels is pretty low. 30-35 MPH might be about it.

There's very little traffic in that shot. What time of day (night) was that?

And of course I can't go westbound through the Lincoln Tunnel without getting the Sopranos theme song stuck in my head...
