Yea, they look pretty slick, haven't seen the inside though.

The nose is too high and out of proportion. Look at a 67 Camaro, it's all about proportion, the lights and grill aren't all squeezed to the top,
IMHO

'69 Camaro SS was as good as it got.
the new retros are nice, and I hope Chevy does well w/ them, but the real deal was better in its day. the new ones are good for kids that missed the '60's, but if you lived 'em, you know the difference from the original muscle car era... FWIW, I think Buick has done a real good job w/ its new LaCrosse; it's not retro, but more of an American take on a blend of formidable Lexus and Acura stylings... hopefully it will sell well, too. Ford's (re)new Taurus SHO deserves some props, so U.S. autos are looking up.

like the guages down on the console. The only real guages you need above the wheel are a big speedo, and a big tach. (My tach is on the hood)

My clichéd comment: "It's not a stick!" Otherwise, it looks pretty nice. I love the placement of the gauges under the fan dials. I don't really like the "plastic-y" look to the radio, etc. But, overall, it looks pretty nice.

FRom behind it looks to similar to a big ass corvette.

" It's a piece a shite! It's a Cadillac, it's an XLR. Go look at the Dodge Challenga!"

I think they are a very nice, distinctive design. My kids are ga-ga over them, too.
A dealer has SS for $10k over sticker. That is sick. |
