Squeezebox radio in the house

I bought my almost 90 yr old mother a Logitech Squeezebox Radio and I'm trying it out to make sure it's set up and simple enough to use. I am really liking it a lot. Of course, the speakers are small but they produce a pleasant and clear sound. I would guess the the Boom model would be better in the sound department but it was too large for her.
