better way to watch the daily show / colbert report online?

i've started listening to the daily show and colbert report while working. Whats the best way to grab the show? I know there are rss feeds dedicated to things like this.

If I put 'www.thedailyshow.com' into my RSS reader, it returns several feeds to subscribe to.

I guess I'm looking to avoid the annoying problems watching it through flash in the browser.

i watch it through the browser and have glimmerblocker installed. No commercials. It's great.

Every once in a while, if I pause one and come back, safari will lock up..but it's rare enough that it doesn't matter. I love the no commerical part...

Plex is great and has both (I had an issue getting the daily show for while, but last time I tried it worked again). Really the best way to watch any online video that is supported by a plex plug in.

seems that it should be possible to automagically download the shows but that requires script/plex foo that i don't yet have
