I have a workbook with 10 tabbed pages I want to take out one page to attach as an email. I don't want to send the whole workbook just one page.

make a new file, move/copy the worksheet from the one with 10 tabs to the new file, then email

I have two columns of dates, when I did the move copy it changed the year from 2009 to 2013..

If you need the same filename, you could delete the 9 unused worksheets and mail the remaining one, then close the file WITHOUT SAVING IT!
If an image of the spreadsheet is all you need, you could mail a PDF of the spreadsheet (through the Print dialogues.

COPY it to the new spreadsheet and then you select PASTE SPECIAL from the EDIT MENU and select VALUES.

I tried just copy and past in a new workbook but it still changes the date from 09 to 13.
