Those who wanted an iPad *now* but also preferred it with 3G now will see the resale value remain high, startlingly high in a few cases.

Of course they won't have access via iTunes just yet, but still...

Hey, I read earlier that iPads are selling for over 2 grand in India! If I were to travel out of country, I would definitely keep "my precious" close to my side! There's gotta be some thievery going on with a device like this! Talk about your runaway hits.

People have them on craigslist here already for 900 Euros (~$1200). I doubt that they would get that much, though.

But this new push back has me thinking about getting a couple "extras" when I go to the US next week! I mean, they are pretty compact!

16GB have been going for over £500 here, sometimes £600+. A 64GB went for £760 and another for £800. I think I can wait a bit longer, that is if I ever get one.

People here on the Orlando Craigslist are trying to sell theirs for over retail. Not sure why, as last I checked one of the local Apple stores, they were in stock.
