Follow up on battery issues on macbook pro

Having odd issues with my unibody macbook pro from 2009 where it was reporting nearly triple the number of charge cycles as were being done. Seemed to still hold decent charge, but was draining faster some times than others under exact circumstances.

AppleCare said if it works, nothing they can do. Took to Apple Store and they agreed after running battery tests something was wrong and gave me a new one.
