Did Costco fwd them my contact info, or was it spam?
None of my current containers of PB match the recall codes.

Well, what did the caller have to say? Were they trying to get money out of you, or say something else that made you suspect it being a scam?

....it is highly unlikely that a company that make jelly/jam/peanut butter would call you out of the blue....unless you contacted them first.....

I didn't answer the call. I never answer the phone unless it's in my caller ID.
