Poor Hubert; what a total moran.
Apparently hookers in NYC are classier than those in Las Vegas.

I think he's just pissed that he hired a hooker when he thought he was getting an escort.

Hooker: once you pop, she leaves.
Escort: Her time is paid up to stay whether you pop at minute 2 or minute 59. (or you tell her to leave...).

This being a deal site, I think he paid near escort prices for a hooker... he got a bad deal.

And he's looking for his 15 minutes of fame by sueing, and hoping that for 1.8 mil, he can afford to hire a decent escort.

Oh, yes... almost forgot...
His parents should be named in a suit also, for saddling him with Hubert as a first name. If you want to pass on a family name (which is a fine an honorable thing), do it as a middle name! They should be sued to be given a slap upside the head!
I think he'd have a good shot at convincing a jury to have the bailiff give mom and dad a good smack.

I always chuckle when i hear Hugh Johnson interviewed on Marketplace. With that name, you better have the goods to back it up! He recently changed the name of his LLC to reflect his name; the website name is equally classic: http://www.hjadvisors.com/

So he's looking for 15 minutes of fame due to 90 seconds of shame?

Also, I thought standard prostitution contracts were billed by the specific task(s) with a maximum time limit clause for completion of said tasks. If a prostitute completes her (or his) contracted tasks under the maximum allowed time limit, even better.
It sounds as though Hubert (snigger) got his feelings hurt because the prostitute didn't hang around to chat and cuddle after her work was complete, and if that's the case then I think Hubert needs to have the basics of prostitution explained to him in clear, simple terms: They DON'T hang around to chat and cuddle after they've completed their tasks! They're SUPPOSED to leave as soon as it's over! Heck, that's the whole point of spending the money to hire a prostitute.

I've never considered whore case law! Unless you count losing my ass in divorce!
