Nope. I've sold probably 100 things on CL. Actually, I did sorta follow up with one guy. I had a slew of 200GB hard drives for sale, and some guy bought a bunch and told me to call him again a few weeks later. He bought a few more when I called him. Other than that, I've never bothered to follow up with anyone.
