Midnight in Moscow is one of my favorite songs. I was being interviewed on a college radio station in Little Rock during their bluegrass hour. A jazz DJ came in for the next hour and I asked him if he could play Midnight In Moscow. He said "I don't play communist music." He was serious. I said "I didn't mean to start an international incident."

All of this went over the air when the bluegrass DJ was handing the mic over to the jazz DJ. A DJ friend of mine heard it and mailed me a 45 of the record and wrote on it "I don't play commie music."
