When I've been in Panama City,Fl the fighters from Tyndall make bombing/firing runs on what appears to be the Lansing Smith power plant or something near there. All day. Except for when the thunderstorms roll thru. They drop down on it from varying altitudes from the SE ( over Tyndall) and then shoot straight up like rockets out of radar and visual range.
