Manufacturing and Welding are two big ones. I'd imagine they would want to hire an HR person that is familiar with the process. If you were hiring someone in HR, wouldn't you prefer they have this experience already rather than figure it out for the first time on your legal dollar if/when you need the expertise? Re: Job etiquette question - Randalls - 09-19-2019 I had a manager that said if he wasn't turning the staff over every year there was something wrong, meaning the low paid employees must be robbing the company if they weren't motivated to leave.
