I couldn't see it here, either. It's a .webp type of image that my Safari browser (Version 11.1.2) doesn't support. I've read that Google Chrome, Opera, and I think Firefox can view them. I just downloaded the image and opened it in GraphicConverter.
I haven't yet investigated further. nor have I tried viewing it on an iPhone or iPad.
