My guess is that this isn't the work of a paid designer, or unpaid designer. Probably just a formerly-innocent person caught in the middle. Now, this Ron guy --- he's the owner who turned down the legit bid? --- he sure seems like a piece of work. If Ron would send me some wonderful text maybe in word format I could add it to his site in this location. As long as its customers can find the right screw for the right job, add it to a cart and pay for it, everybody's happy. I am concerned that whoever is programming the site seems as clueless of that discipline as they are of visual design, though.
