I am in in Yakima, WA and this property is up on a hill along a road called scenic. It is a very desirable area. The challenges this location present are small. The sewer would need to be extented to this property for a currently unknown price, or a septic installed. It is 1.6 acres and I'd really like to split that in two, but I don't know what that would take yet. There is also a huge 20 acre lot to the west of it that hold two very large water tanks. Some people might not want to live close by to such large structures but I think a few well placed trees would make them disapeer.

The good things about this lot are the size, location, and it has two views. I'm just waiting to hear back from them.

Nothing to be scared of, you did the right thing!

Enjoy it, and worse case scenario, if you don't build, you can always sell the property for more than you paid down the line.

But it is still Yakavegas. But lots of room for a monster man-garage too.
