you can get "refurb" wiimotes for half price at microcenter if you have one nearby.

decay, Toys R Us had it for $49.99 but you got a $10 gift card. Not sure if that deal is still on, though.

That wasn't bad at all -
Got there at 7am today expecting a line.
There weren't 20 cars in the parking lot -
Wandered into the electronics dept, dude asked what I was looking for, and grabbed one out of the cabinet for me. He then commented that they sold a bunch of these last night due to the $50 GC.. I told him that the press release stated that the deal did not start until 8 am today. He said thats just the way this store works.. throwing out last minute deals or starting promotions early because the mgt just felt like doing it. After talking to him a while it sounded like a regular thing (employees being told one thing and the mgt doing another).
Anyhow, I snagged the 2nd to the last one.

Also picked one up this morning. Showed up at 6:30am and the clerk started selling them at 7:15am. They had the 10 units by the register - they went pretty quick.
