Man oh man, I hate clients like that... these are the same people that give me a 25k logo picture from a web site and ask me to use it on a professional cover.
"What? Why can't you use it? It looks so good on the screen." followed by "well, can't you just set your printer for 72dpi or whatever?"
And what Paul F said; "(and I REALLY REALLY want to kill people that only know how to open Word documents, and insist on putting EVERYTHING inside a *$@# Word document!)"

Man, you guys made me feel a lot better. Our business manager sends me blank emails with an excel attachment where she has one field enlarged to about half the page with her text message in it. She asks why I bother to use word. "Bill Gates is a genius for inventing the spreadsheet", she says. "You know, visicalc was actually...nevermind." kj.
