I watched the circle jerk testimony before Congress. Blame enough to go around. Maybe someone will crack Cheney's SCOTUS victory allowing his many meetings with the oil companies to be secret to finally be made public.

Around day 2 of this tragedy, I predicted to a friend that "that Fu@®® Cheney probably had something to do with this", just presuming he somehow made the industry less safe to grease his own oily palm.
