It is a publication that does not take advertising. That being said, sounds like you landed in the percentage of ones that need repair. Nothing designed by humans, especially portable things are perfect and probably never will be. If you are as young as you say, life will be full of disappointments but with a a level approach, life will be ok through all the ups and downs. Better luck in the future.
