What sort of extreme radical liberal Democrat plot is this that has kept him from his God-given rights?

He's under a gag order from the judge, so he can't testify.

A guilty verdict just means an appeal, and we kick the can down the road a few more months.

There are 34 counts, each requiring a verdict. Just one guilty means he is a felon and loses many rights. Unfortunately being elected president isn't one of those, although he will have lost at least one vote - his own since felons cannot vote in Florida.

Chances are good that he'll loose his right to vote. Does this apply while he appeals the verdict?
With 34 counts, seems like it will take awhile for the jury to deliberate.
