I'm trying my best not to complain about a free album. I didn't want it on my iCloud. I'm just glad I came
here a found Sam3's way of getting it to show up because as soon as I went to download the album it
already had Purchased. I was able to DL it with Sam3's tip, thanks Sam3:

"Finally figured it out. I had to go to iTunes > Preferences > 'Store' tab, and check "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases". "
