MR Forum Fit Club: Where's Fall-do?
#11
Rowed a 10k five times this week. Lifetime total is just over 19 million meters. I figure in another six months or so I will have rowed halfway around the world.

Someone reported my post? Seriously? Are we that sensitive considering some of the off topic posts that occur in the 'fit club' and other posts?

We haven't been to the gym in a while, hubby hurt his Achilles' tendon, so it limits him and we have been busy with this sell the house and move stuff.
I, however, walk every day and have been pretty much averaging the 10,000 steps a day, for the last few weeks. That works out to about 5 miles a day. I usually walk 30-45 minutes in the morning and then make up the rest of the steps during the day and maybe do a walk in the evening if I am low.
Right now I am at 9439 for the day, so I might have to do a short walk later.
If we actually do get moved, the gym will be literally right across the street, so I should be able to get there more often, if I can walk rather than drive.
Everyone keep fingers crossed that our house deal closes and we get moved before Thanksgiving.
Man this moving stuff is a lot of work and stress. Sad

Keep up the momentum folks. Heal up and do what you can when you can.

Light week. I drove my 88 year old father's RV from Minnesota to his winter grounds in Florida so not much chance to exercise. The heat was awful, 95 degrees with 95 percent humidity or something like that. The RV required frequent cooling off periods once I got down south; like every 15 miles.

14.09 miles on the treadmill, 2.9 miles light interval training. But I am typing this while at/on the treadmill desktop.
