have more or less the same one I bought off beezee a few years back after repeatedly trashing glass Bodums.
The only thing I din't like about the one I got was that the top wasn't a fully enclosed SS piece.
Since it's Chinese SS, I din't like the thought of it perhaps rusting where I didn't see it. So I use the plastic top from the Bodum.
That and one them $10 frothers is a start to a good day.
If there are a couple cookies involved, then the speeding ticket doesn't matter.
