I guess it was “my turn”.
I was at Home Depot looking at my email last night to find my pickup confirmation info. Put my phone down to get my ID out and got my phone off the counter and the screen was black and the phone was unresponsive. Did the reset and got my phone to reset and it’s working again.

I think that’s the only option, unless you already have a yearly plan. Then it’s grandfathered in. |
