SCOTUS has loudly telegraphed their next move on birthright citizenship. The goose is cooked there.
But, instead of ruling on that, they took the opportunity to weaken the nationwide injunction concept. Which, while Your Guy is in charge, is just fine. And Your Guy can use that to create precedence and roadblocks that the next guy will never untangle in time before the Electorate gives it back to another scoundrel.
