I use a tandoori spice mix, and stir it into natural yoghurt. Marinade chicken for about 20 minutes to an hour or so. The chicken ends up very tender, and not too spicy. Another I use is a mixture of soy sauce, beer, peanut butter, sugar, chopped scallions, sesame seeds, sesame oil and ginger. Mix together in whatever proportions seems reasonable, marinade chicken for a while, and grill.

If you ever want a dry rub, try this
http://www.buttrub.com Sometimes, I'll make or buy a dry rub and pour it into a mixture of white vinegar and canola oil

Since this will be my first grilling experience, I will try the easy method first.
Between "grilling on a GF" and dry buttrub, the dinner will be very interesting! Thanks for all suggestions, will post the follow-up. I might even make CD, Racer X ![]() |
