What about iWeb?
Unless I'm mistaken (it was my first thought) going away with Lion, correct?
It just got a small update. So probably not.
If you dont care about google rankings or anyone "finding" the site at the top of a search (although there are ways to add it) -- iWeb is fantastic. No learning curve. You dont even need to use the templates.

I can't vouch for this, but here's an example of real estate software:

To use it, I think you have to set up a mySQL database and install their PHP script on your server. Or you can pay them to make the installation.
If you buy this and get it successfully installed, you should wind up with a Control Panel that lets you update the listings.
Not simple. Not impossible.

The future of iWeb looks very uncertain if
these musings have any basis in fact. While I plan to help in this project, I'd hate to waste the time on a dying interface.
