![]() I liiiike it! I'd put fat tires on my old MTB if they would fit. They'd make for a comfy ride. What kind of tire pressure do they need? Maybe let a little air out for mud and snow? They'd be a slower ride, making for some aerobic and quad gains.

I have kevlar belted tires for my commuter bike, and they weren't cheap. Tirerack.com has numerous tire choices available for the current year Honda Accord for significantly less than $100 each: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearch...ireIndex=0&autoMake=Honda&autoYear=2014&autoModel=Accord+Sedan&autoModClar=LX&width=205%2F&ratio=65&diameter=16&sortCode=45010&skipOver=true&minSpeedRating=S&minLoadRating=S&tab=All Years ago I purchased Kevlar-belted tires for my mountain bike -- there didn't cost anywhere near $100 each.

I imagine that if the phat tire catches on, the price will drop.
