At least it seems to be clearly marked. When I installed something from CNET, I think the message that they change your search engine to Spigot was so subtle that you could easily miss it (I did miss it). Anyway, this stinks just as bad.

At least they warn you with those check boxes right in the front instead of c-net simply telling you that you are about to install something other than the app you wanted to download, but do so by burying it DEEP in the endless agreement.
PS - I wasn't thrilled when apple looked like they wanted to take total control of the app ecosystem with the creation of the app store, but this kinda crap makes the app store much more appealing.
