I concur with the "need more info", but exterior plywood sealed with polyurethane or deck paint (several coats), would probably work assuming that the area has sufficient support under it. Like others mentioned, plywood will sag...

Need more info, but just grabbing "any old" 2x4's will outlast plywood by years.
Plywood is the second worst material for a deck repair you could possibly choose (right after mdf/particleboard).
