source for aluminum extrusions for foamboard displays?

Been buying from Outwater Plastics for toooo many years. Their catalog is online. Phone book size and on my top shelf. Good service and ship from east and west coasts.

We got some .25" corrugated plastic to do some prototyping. Talk about hard to cut. We ended up using a table saw. Like cutting hot butter.

Can one of you with the Outwater catalog tell me what page to look on for the extrusions? I seem to find everything but.

I'm still scratching my head at the suggestion that I somehow make my own.

When I suggested you make your own, I was thinking discs rather than fully extruded rods - imagine your picture about 0.25" thick.
