MR Forum Fit Club: Snap Crackle Pop

Just two bike rides/dumbbell routines last week but I did get in 3 days of working in the yard. I plan on getting back to my every-other-day exercise routine this week.

Now that I have an iPhone, I installed the free version of MapMyRide which tells your distance, time and your route on a map. I'd be interested in other apps that cyclist are using.
