Ever go up to a stranger and say, 'y'know... you really suck!'?

There have been countless times I wish I had a blue light I could pop onto the dash of my car and pull over the arseholes who I see blast through stop signs, pass me on a double yellow line road, make a illegal left turns on red, etc. etc.

I think a blue light may be taking it a step too far, but I can imagine a multi function horn that makes a siren sound coming in useful while sitting at the opposite side. At least there would be a little puckering involved.

Over the 32+ years working as a Police Officer, that was one of maybe three times I issued a summons while I was off duty. It's a shame that summary executions in such situations are unacceptable.....

Such simple, effective deterrents are a cure for lots of society's ills..., or at least they would be, if only they could be.

we had 3 handicap spots at my old job, probably required by law based on total number of spots available. No one was handicapped, those spots were always empty. Otherwise we had a parking shortage problem, as the company grew more than anticipated. once in a while you would see someone park in there, sometimes visitors, sometimes employees. eventually management gave out handicapped tags to someone who was pregnant and another guy who got injured in an accident. But before that, I saw various people using those spots once in a while. I never did that and I tried not to judge. I think it was a different situation that in a public parking where you never who if someone really handicapped shows up.
