Looks like I forgot to post last week.
2 weeks ago I accomplished 5 and 7 mile runs, 3 upper body lifts.
Last week I also ran 5 and 7 miles, biked 3, 3 upper body lifts.
Food intake is moderate but a maybe too much sugar.

This is the week we have permission to return to the gym. It sounds as though they have things in pretty good order to be safe, but I'll wait until closer to my time (Friday) to decide whether to go or to do one more week with my trainer at home via Facetime.

I finally got rid of my Winter fat. Now it's Spring rolls!
I did yardwork on two days in the last week. I should have split it up into three. Based on how much I got done, I have another 7 days of work left.

We're still golfing and biking/kayaking 7 days a week. But, since our grandchild has gotten more active we've discovered that getting up from the ground after we play with him is, let us say, a challenge! So, we got out the old Royal Canadian Air Force exercise book and started doing those--yesterday. I'm pretty sore today! My dad had used the book back in the 60's and when he passed it was one of the half dozen things I wanted to remind me of him. I figure if we do them regularly then getting up from the floor will become tolerable.

Worked hard last week. Did wind sprints in the pool this weekend. With the kids. Hanging off my back. And they did fall off. Because they wanted to! That was fun! Until I realized I chewed up the bottom of my feet. Gotta get water shoes...

"3.5" bogus miles per day last week. 4.2 is probably closer to accurate, but in either case actually a pretty good week.
