Selling something you neither own nor possess would be some sort of theft, would it not?

No, that was not supposed to happen. That was supposed to be the righteous distraction so they could smuggle in ending affirmative action, gutting the voting rights act, regulatory capture on behalf of industry, privatizing public services, kneecapping environmental legislation, raiding government coffers with tax breaks for people who don't need the money, etc.

When the GQP steal 2024 with all the levers they've figured out how to pull by a truly vast right wing conspiracy, there will be plenty of time for them to accomplish all the rest of these things while also so maiming and convoluting the law from any logical sense or rational and reality-affirming thought that a complete tear down and new constitutional/federal/national order will have to be established to replace it.

Also forgot:
3) tax cuts for the wealthy to further hobble an already struggling federal government and indebt the rest of the citizenry into servitude at a time when incipient AI could empower a very few to secure perpetual rule.

Someone needs to push Putin, Trump, and Clarence Thomas out a 20-story window. That should fix it.

Just be careful of the order. If Trump and Thomas go first, Putin could well survive the bounce.
