Right, so all the President's solicitor general has to do is file a suit saying this law restricts his ability to execute his oath of office and it'll get slow tracked to SCOTUS to overturn the law as unconstitutional because of some reason they'll make up after much hemming and hawing.
Or, more likely, the President just ignores that law and then... someone sues that they were harmed and it is slow tracked to SCOTUS who in 2029 will ultimately decide the party doesn't have standing.
