Who does the best quality DIY book printing?

I have a friend who is on his 3rd book from lulu. They look pretty good to me. Basic paperbak really.

MyPublisher is amazingly simple to use. It's got an iPhoto plugin and allowed me to print a very nice 2006-2007 photo book. The wife liked it so much that I was allowed to buy the D300. Now I'll have to put together an awesome 2008 book. ;-)
