Well, haven't seen it on the local store shelves (so to speak), but if I see it, I'll try it!

Oh, I don't know if Ono makes Ahi seem like chum, but they're both great -- certainly two different tastes. Ono's not so easy to find on the mainland, and the Ahi tuna I had in Hawaii was consistently outstanding -- you could really taste the difference in the freshness of the fish. Yum.

Seared Ahi with crushed peppercorns is definitely one of my go-to fancy dishes to cook. It's just about as simple as can be to prepare, too.
