Read the instructions again. I think it says you must use the printed rebate form that is included in the box. Coincidentally, I just got an email from Adobe, they sent my check yesterday, it took a few months.

I received an email from Adobe today saying my $20 Elements rebate is in the mail, so I am still on track to a secure retirement. Of course, I was careful to check the little box on the rebate form indicating that I agree Steve Jobs has said some really mean things about Flash lately.

I bought PS8 a few months ago and like GGD and mstudio stated, the rebate form was in the box and clearly stated that only the printed rebate was acceptable. I got my rebate a few weeks ago in the mail. Hopefully the copy from their website will work for all of you.
