true enough, but it means setting up iChat -- that means a throw away AOL email + need to turn on iChat

logmein requires nothing -- and will work with any OS -- windows, tiger, leopard

Will the Apple Store swap you for wired versions of KB &/or mouse?
For something I use so often, I wouldn't want to have to deal w/changing batteries all the time.
