You should recognize every IP address/client ID listed there. If you don't, you may have an unauthorized user.

That's pretty neat, but it only shows the IP addresses of my internal network.

You can tell from the MAC addresses if anyone besides you is on the network.

There is a Client ID column that shows the name assigned to the computer.
