Sleep Number Bed
#11
Just the cost of a Sleep Number bed would keep me awake at night...

LOL!

Have you heard of Casper mattresses? https://casper.com/mattresses/queen?cvos...azon.queen&utm_source=amazon-pads&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=CA001-01-GRY-4

I haven't tried one, but may consider it, because of the unboxing experience and the 100 day (night) trial period.

Mattresses perceptions are like those for speakers- highly subjective. But this would be a inexpensive, maybe free way to audition a mattress were it counts, in your own bedroom.

Also, consider a couple of Sleep Number competitors. They do not have the marketing organization, but will sell air beds with all the fixin's for maybe 50% of the Sleep number price. (I cannot vouch for them. We decided on latex foam with a gel pad instead of air.)

Dave,

I'd speak to your doctor prior to proceeding. He/she may suggest what is the most appropriate type of mattress and/or mattress/bed combination. Once you've done that, check out the following web site:

They've got the most comprehensive info about mattresses and such.
