But seriously, I sold my 2.6 Quad i7 with 16GB RAM with a 1TB SSD + 2TB HD with 15 months of AppleCare for $1699 last August.

But if you already have the parts, I'd just do the 1.25TB Fusion. No point in putting mis-matched HD's in there since you wouldn't want to RAID them.
