I've been on the Necco Wafer Diet™ for a year now.

Whenever I pass a plate of donuts or candy bars (my work's full of these minefields), and I'm dying for a Glazed Maple Cruller, I get a smaller treat instead: two Necco Wafers.

My diet, AND my appearances on Oprah and The View to explain it, are all in jeopardy. Someone buy the New England Confectionary Company! This week!
