Okay, one of you needs to post a youtube video on the Michelin Blade Trick!
Gotta be here somewhere....

i did search on youtube itself but which one is THE Trick?
IIRC, having the wiper blade assembly in the right position AND properly activating the latch lever at the same time have a lot to do w/ making it go on easier, but "the trick" is popping off the connector piece from the wiper assembly with the correct size screwdriver, which then snaps much more easily onto the wiper arm. After doing that, the connector then snaps pretty easily back into the wiper assembly where it came from, and you're done.... I guess the real tricky part is finding/using just the right size screwdriver to pop off the connector; too big won't work, and too small will likely slip off and injure your hand, so you need your cousin, goldylocks', screwdriver.
No clue which, if any of the youtube videos goes into detail about popping off the connector. Start w/ a 1/4" medium tip slotted screwdriver. If you don't pop the connector, and do the install AIO, you kinda gotta wrassle w/ the assembly in intuitively the wrong direction to get it to engage.
Good luck, and stock up when Costco has 'em on coupon.
