Distracted drivers playing on and talking on their phones at rush hour who aren't watching the road, who leave 20 car lengths between themselves and the next car and then floor it to catch up, leaving themselves almost no opportunity to brake when traffic comes to a stop and endangering anyone who thought to take the opportunity of the "gap" they provided to enter their lane ahead of them.

This is what it's like in Palo Alto, everyone sits there, when I encounter this, I become "that driver" that gets there 4th and goes 1st.
