Ah, Elmo. Shoulda guessed he would say something like that. You know, I could say the same about ANY Brick&Mortar store. I usually buy DVDs on release day there, and they usually have really good sales on lightscribe media. But sometimes I need an item THAT day, and don't have time to wait 5 business days just to save a couple of bucks. Plus, it's a helluva lot easier to return items, like the subwoofer I bought last year, in person than to have to pack it up and ship it somewhere. I just brought it in for repair (it was still under warranty) and picked it up 2 weeks later.

I'm not saying they're great, because many of their items are way over-priced and their salesclerks are usually dumber than dirt, but I can say the same about most other retailers around me that sell similar products.
