Is Apple skirting the issues on the iPOD?

As far as I'm concerned (which is very little), posting anything adds content, and conversation. Good enough for me.

I have been known to post something knowing the answer, but just to stir the pot. That's the idea anyway, to stir the cyber-pot. Who cares.
